Heavenly Father,
As we look forward to welcoming our new incumbent, Alice, into our community, we pray that you fill her with your wisdom and grace to shepherd your flock with love and compassion. Guide her steps, strengthen her voice, and grant her discernment to lead us closer to you. May her ministry be a beacon of hope, bringing healing and unity to our hearts.
